It is vital to have an independent assessment of the gem or jewellery that you are buying. We supply GIA reports or independent certification from a GIA qualified professional and plot every diamond over .30pts.

As diamond importers and jewellery manufacturers we will provide the report or certification at the time of purchase. This does not include a jeweller writing you a valutation document, or likewise, from an appraiser employed by them.

It means a completely independent appraisal from a qualified appraiser at different premises. To appraise (or value) ones own jewellery sale, without full disclosure is not only unethical but may contravene the Commerce Act. Diamond Grade Analysis Reports give all the details on the diamond including cut/make and are prepared with special equipment in a Lower Hutt laboratory.

We also offer independent full replacement insurance with world-wide cover. Premiums are paid annually; see us in-store for further information. (for New Zealand residents only, conditions apply).
